IS Business ADSL Solution

IS Business ADSL services are uncapped, keeping the client connected to the internet regardless of their monthly usage. Over and above this, the client is issued with static (fixed public) IP addresses to overcome the limitations associated with dynamic IP addresses as provided by other ISP's. Furthermore, IS Business ADSL clients have the benefit of bundled Anti-Spam and Fax-over-email facilities to truly prepare for business communication.
IS Business ADSL also allows clients to grow their internet portfolio with Internet Solutions, allowing them to add Voice-overISP's-IP (VoIP), Virtual Private Networks VPN) and more options over ADSL as their businesses grow and their internet requirements develop over time.
IS Business ADSL Solutions have been diversified into several different options to cater for specific business requirements.

Business ADSL Express
This Business ADSL service was developed mainly for the conservative business user (running on a normal ADSL router) who requires the assurance of an uninterrupted and fixed cost ADSL service.
The Business ADSL Express service is a managed service, whereby the customer's usage is monitored and recorded.
The service is allocated a certain threshold for the month which is divided into a 10 day rolling window.

Uncapped ADSL (12 Month Contract)

  • Features (Uncapped & Uncapped Fiber ADSL):
    • 5 Static IP addresses.
    • ADSL router, pre-configured by IS (allow 7 to 10 days for delivery).
  • The duration period shall be 12 (twelve) months (the Initial Period).
  • Either party hereto shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by way of 90 (ninety) days prior written notice of termination to be effective at the end of the Initial Period. Failing such notice of termination, the duration of the Service shall thereafter automatically renew for successive periods of 12 (twelve) months each on terms and conditions set out in the Agreement and Schedules, subjected to an escalation in fees.

IS Corporate Business ADSL Solutions
Business ADSL service, especially tailored for our customer's with "up to 4MB ADSL" access speed. This service will not be capped but will have measures in place which ensure a consistent user experience for our customers. When the predetermined Amount of bandwidth is consumed, the line will be reduced to 128Kps, thus ensuring that connectivity for essential services such as mail and local browsing is maintained for the rest of the month.
This service offers the business user peace of mind of using an uncapped services without being affected by potential abusers of the system
Ultra ISP and IS will not restrict your Telkom determined line speed until you reached you threshold.
